Carleigh J. Austin is the founder and broker of Willow & Co. Brokers, based in Auburn, NY and serving clients across Central New York, the Finger Lakes, Greater Syracuse, Rochester, Western New York, and select markets throughout New York State.
Carleigh’s background is not limited to listing homes and writing contracts. She grew up around construction, built her career in real estate, and owns both a brokerage and a construction company. Her background gives her clients a more complete perspective when buying, selling, investing, renovating, or evaluating a property’s true potential.
Her experience includes residential real estate, investment properties, REO and foreclosure properties, property preservation, repair planning, valuation, pricing strategy, marketing, negotiation, and asset management support. Whether working with a first-time buyer, homeowner, investor, business owner, or asset manager, Carleigh focuses on helping clients make smart decisions based on condition, value, timing, return on investment, and long-term opportunity.
